Matt Gregory started his real estate career back in 2007 as a licensed real estate agent & auctioneer. After spending some time working in residential agencies across the Central Coast he joined Landin Realty in 2009. Matt has grown up on the Central Coast which gives him the edge as he is familiar with the market changes and upcoming investment opportunities. His focus within Landin is sales & leasing of commercial property.

Geoff began his career in the real estate industry in 1974. Having been involved in commercial real estate for this extended period of time has led him to gain more experience, understanding and knowledge of the commercial market on the Central Coast than any other agent. His helpful and can-do attitude ensures clients are offered the best possible service.

Katy is a sustainability engineer who currently consults for building services. Katy is an Accredited Assessor for AccuRate, Accredited Professional for the Green Building Council and a NABERS Accredited Assessor. She holds a doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering where she investigated the suitability of the hybrid wall concept in Australian residential buildings. Her experience in the building sustainability field includes the design for thermal performance in all building types, energy simulations, Green Star Assessments, NABERS Assessments, BASIX and STEPS assessments for single, duplexes, retirement and multi dwelling developments and BCA Section J compliance reports. 

In 2012 Katy extended her skills and now also consults in the real estate market with a keen interest in sales and leasing of commercial property.
